1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • Condition of Item: The jewelry must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@goldenluxee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the jewelry back to us.

  • Ensure the item is carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Processing Time: It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will arrange for a return shipping label at no cost to you and issue a full refund or exchange as per your preference.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original jewelry for a refund and place a new order.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
