Shipping Policy

At GoldenLuxee, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand the shipping process for your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM AKST will be processed the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. This is not an acceptance of your order but a notification that we have received it.

  • Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information for you to follow your package’s journey.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer several domestic shipping options, including standard, expedited, and two-day shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs depend on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the size of your order. These costs will be clearly outlined during checkout before you complete your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (see website for details). Free shipping is only available for domestic orders within the United States.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
    • Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days (available for eligible locations)
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country. International shipments may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs processing times and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, customs, or shipping carrier issues can affect delivery times.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses: If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

6. Shipping Address

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@goldenluxee.com immediately. We will assist in investigating the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

8. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your package, please reach out to us for assistance.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays: Customs processing can sometimes delay shipments. Please be aware that GoldenLuxee is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the importing country’s regulations.
